Individuals who do not hold a Nebraska License need to submit a fingerprint card to the State.

License Application Requirements

You may obtain a license application by clicking on the link below and typing in your information.  When completed, attach the application in an email to shannene.rydman@nebraska.gov, this is a secured email. Or you can print off your application and mail with payment to the address below.

Those applying for a license must have fingerprints processed in the State of Nebraska every five years. Applicants between the ages of 18 and 75 shall be subject to fignerprinting. If you are unable to get printed in Nebraska, please mail in a card with your fingerprints on them to:

NE Racing & Gaming Commission, 700 E Stolley Park Rd, Grand Island NE 68801.

If you are applying to the Nebraska Racing and Gaming Commission for the first time; or, if the Commission does not have a current digitized photo, you will need to stop by our licensing office when you come to the track to get a license badge that will allow you access to restricted areas.
